The intro offer is strictly for new clients to the studio and must only be purchased once. Any attempt to purchase more than once will result in immediate membership suspension.
All memberships renew every 7 days using the credit card attached to your Momence account. Payments will continue until Avenue Athletica receive a written request for membership termination.
Late Cancel:
Less than 8 hours before the class start time= $10 fee
No-Show:
Failure to cancel and attend a class= $15 fee
Failed recurring payments incur a $10 fee on the first and second failed day. On the third day membership will be suspended until payment is received.
You must provide 2 weeks’ notice for a membership suspension and this must be submitted in writing to info@avenueathletica.com.au. A membership can only be suspended for a maximum period of 1 month per calendar year, unless otherwise approved by management. Suspensions require approval from Avenue Athletica.
You can cancel your membership at any time. You must provide 2 weeks’ notice if you wish to terminate your membership and this must be submitted in writing to info@avenueathletica.com.au.
When you sign up to a waitlist you are prepared and available to attend that class as you may be automatically added if a position becomes available.
