Form Hot Mat Class

A full-body workout focused on creative and dynamic sequences. Find your form using a wide range of props, including weights to build the heat and keep the energy high.

Expect controlled exercise focused on form and alignment, as well as cardio bursts sprinkled throughout to elevate the heart rate.

Spice Hot Mat Class

Our signature mat class delivers a full body workout using dumbbells and a range of props, with cardio bursts throughout.

It’s in the name, expect to FEEL the SPICE. All about building strength by fusing weighted exercises with Pilates fundamentals and HIIT. Expect layered progressions that challenge stability, build strength and muscular endurance.

You’ll leave feeling strong, sweaty, and worked from head to toe.
